I Am A 31 Year Old Female I Can Nolonger

I am a 31 year old female i can nolonger have children due to my past lifestyle, i had my cycle on 7/10/16 -7/14/16 it was lighter than usual , yesterday i notice i was passing blood clot but not bleeding later on that day i was having a brown discharge along with the blood clots but no bleeding same thing today im having cramps like im on my cycle but the only way i know im passing the clots is when i wipe after using the bathroom as well as seeing the brownish discharge, when i had my pap smear in april the doctor said she seen white blood cell on my uterus but it could have been from the BV what coulld be the problem now
