I Am A 32 Year Old Female Living And Working

I am a 32 year old female living and working in Mongolia. Prior to leaving the US I weighed about 310 pounds and currently weigh about 220 pounds. All weight loss occurred over a period of 18 months and is continuing to occur. I have a large blue lump in my upper arm which has until now been a non-issue. Currently, I am experiencing pain while my arm is resting and in use. If I raise my arm over my head, the whole arm goes numb within moments and my hand begins to tingle. This is faster than the normal reaction and I fear due to limited blood flow.
