I Am A 36 Yr Old Female Who Was Admitted

I am a 36 yr old female who was admitted to the hospital 3 weeks ago with inverted T waves. Stress test was irregular so I had a heart cath. It can back no blockages, all my blood work seems normal, but I am still having the same symptoms. Chest pain, lightheaded, left ear ache, nauseous, fatigue, and chills. I have no insurance therefore it is difficult to see a doctor and get more conclusive results. 3 days ago I went to the ER and was told it was walking pneumonia. I don't see how the pneumonia explains the chest pain and my blood pressure going from 138/84 to 99/62 and every where in between while at rest. My O2 is always good though.
