I Am A 37 Year Old Female Who Has Had

I am a 37 year old female who has had an on going issue of what seems to be acid reflux for over a year. It all started when my mother began to decline in health and my stress level increased. I have a mild cough, burning in my chest and throat and a mild sore throat. I have tried several over there counter meds with no resolve. I have been prescribed Prilosec which also did not help. I am now on another med twice a dat but am getting little relief. Also I have used many OTC meds, reloads, tums etc with no resolve. I was prescribed it after an Endoscopy which was negative and the said there was some acid irritation. Had a chest X-ray and it was also normal. I guess my biggest concern is could this be an issue with my lungs. I run a 10 minute mile daily and seem to be fairly healthy otherwise. I am about 125 pounds and a non smoker and non drinker. Getting very frustrated and concerned that not in helping this. Not helping matter is that my personal issues causing stress have elevated since my mother passed in August and have lost several other family members and friends as well. Please, any input would be helpful.
