I Am A 47yo Male. I Started A New Job

I am a 47yo male. I started a new job about 5 weeks ago doing manual labor in a factory. Every day I begin to have a sharp pain in the center of my back, at the base of my shoulder blades. The surrounding area gets numb and tingling, then the pain gets worse. I also get numbness and tingling in my right arm and hand. After I get home and take my shoes off, I have noticed my big toe on my right foot is numb the last week. The pain is not helped much with Ibuprophen while I am working, but the pain subsides with rest after a couple hours. The numbness and tingling in my arm hand and toe comes and goes even at rest. Is this something I will get over after a while or should I have my back examined?
