I Am A 54 Year Old Male With Polymyositis, Fibromyalgia

I am a 54 year old male with Polymyositis, Fibromyalgia and Apnoea. I have now been diagnosed with Apical Nodularity on both lungs after complaining of being out of breath. I am not sure what it means, and cannot get a decent explanation for it. Is it serious?
