I Am A 58 Year Old Male With A Stint

I am a 58 year old male with a stint after a heart attack two years ago. past several days I have been suffering from a swollen stomach. sick to my stomach and a severe head ache. I will be sick to my stomach for several hours and then I will feel better and then it starts all over again.. came home early from work today. face was sweaty and my feet were freezing. should I go to get checked? thank you
