I Am A 65 Y/o Retired R.N. With Numerous Neurological

I am a 65 y/o retired R.N. with numerous neurological chick problems. Currently being treated for depression with Lexapro, Klonipin, and Ambien. I also currently had worsened symptoms for C5,C6,and C7. Being treated for pain with Tramadol 5nd 4x per day. I suddenly developed neurodermatitus a cross R. Face and R. Forest Ki'm being treated with Aurostat topically. I've also had 2 cysts injected.
Dermatologist would like to add Doxepin however, my psychiatrist has told him there is a high probability of causing seizure with this combination of medications. The dermatologist says it won't. I can't find out. What is your opportunity job? YYYY@YYYY
