I Am A 70 Year Old Male With Type 2

I am a 70 year old male with Type 2 Diabetes. Recently, I have experienced a urinary tract side effect after taking Invokana which included severe pain when urinating, seeming blockage of urinary flow, and uncontrollable urges to urinate. My doctor prescribed antibiotics and a medication similar to Flomax. The condition eventually cleared up and I stopped taking the Invokana. Now I am starting to feel somewhat frequent urges to urinate and I have night sweats. My urine seems darker than usual which maybe due to my not drinking as much water as before. My urine stream is not as strong. I have been sexually inactive for past 4 years. If I manually stimulate myself to ejaculate, would this have an adverse affect on me and lessen possibility of prostate problems?
