I Am A 71 Year Old Female Suffering From Adrenal

I am a 71 year old female suffering from adrenal insuffiency. I presently take 40mg of hydrocortisone a day. I also have advanced osteo arthritis. I have chosen to choose the pain relief treatment. I take 40 mg of opena sr twice a day and 30mg once a day. I take 40mg of lyrica twice a day. I have nerve impingement in spine with some fusion naturally. I need to find an endocrinoligist to take good care of me. My cortisone level is 0. I just had an ercp that was because of dialated common bile duct. I had both submaxiliary glands removed because of Wilms tumors. I also have sjogrens disease from which I have esopharangitis. I have no one to guide me thus I need a well educated caring doctor.
