I Am A 73 Year Old Male, I Am Taking

I am a 73 year old male, I am taking a testerone injection once a week to build up muscle mass in my back and spine area, Have severe back problems due to curture of the spine and disc problem. I am having very vivid sexual dreams. They are so realistic that I can feel the dreams. My wife is usually always in dreams. We have a very good marriage and I always like to see my wife happy. I also have a heart problem and have to take medication to keep my heart from beating fast. Is these dreams normal . Seems if I talk about dream it seems to help, but don't feel comfortable to talk to my wife about them so much, but she is very understanding . Due to spine problems I have to stay in bed most of time and I am in severe pain. Do you have any suggestion on the dreams, as I do not get very few hours of sleep. Thank you .
