I Am A 82year Old Male That Has Been Taking

I am a 82year old male that has been taking doxazosin for several years for an enlarged prostate. I recently finished my radiation treatment for prostate cancer in late October 2015. My first psa test after radiation was 1.23 in dec 2015, my most recent psa test was o.66. I have been taking 8mgs of doxazosin for several years. It was given to me to help with urination, but have found out that it also decreases your heart rate. I will be checking with my cardiologist this Friday because I have a lower than normal pulse rate. Can it be caused by the 8mg doxazosin?
