I Am A Survivor Of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. I Had

I am a survivor of congenital diaphragmatic hernia. I had my repair surgery in 1972.
I would really like to find someone who can help me. I have severe left flank pain. I've had it for years now, had my spleen removed, thinking it was infarcting . (?) Then I had surgery to remove abdominal scar tissue, thinking that was causing my pain. Its getting much worse. No doctors understand my "unique anatomy ".
A response is appreciated.
