I Am Allergic To Cold ( I Get Hives) To

I am allergic to cold ( i get hives) to lip balms (rash develops) any commercial shampoos, soaps, oral anti biting/teeth grinding devices ( i get a metallic taste that's lasts for hours ) except, thank goodness, ivory soap. my basic problem or complaint is i get stuffed up, nasal congestion almost as soon as i evacuate it. it's relentless. i breath perfectly fine, no problems with that. just the constant congestion with that i am a rabid mouth breather at night. :-(
