I Am An Emergency Nurse And For The Last Day

I am an emergency nurse and for the last day have had 10/10 pain in the medial aspect of my right buttock. It increases when I press down on my foot or straighten my right leg. I need to help raise my leg, when I get up from the coach. There is no sciatia or pain down my leg or any foot drop. There is no swelling. Prior to this pain, I was having a yard sale and frequently up and down from a low chair. Do I need to see an MD tonight or wait until my PC is available tomorrow.
