I Am Currently Have Apain Contract With My Orthopedic MD

I am currently have apain contract with my Orthopedic MD for 2 years now. We have a very good relationship and Ive never had a problem. I was in a yoga retreat on his advice. I lost the almost half bottles of the Nucynta and Wellbutron I take. I need a refill but wi have to take a urine test. There is no Nucynta in my system. Should I tell him what happened? I'm afraid to jeopardize the contract.
