I am experiencing sharp pain when I bend across my back in a direct line of my shoulders. It started Friday after a day with a 23-month old baby. Feeding my cats later, when I bent to pick up their food bowls, I was unable to stand without holding the door handle and easing myself up slowly. It is continuing today, but not as severe. I am a Rheumatoid Disease (moderate to severe). 56 year old female, no difficulty breathing, no shortness of breath, and no chest pain.
