I Am Feeling Pain In My Chest Last 4 Year

I am feeling pain in my chest last 4 year and I have gone through regular check up of eco cardiography and tmt report is fine.only ldl cholesterol is high trigiclyd is also high but few point then normal .my left hand and leg is getting sense less do doctor advised me Nexito forte and Rose day 10mg and beta cap tr 40 please advice me how to diagnosis my chest pain and chest back pain
