I Am Getting Frequent Fever, Cough And Cold. Any Permenant Solution For Improving My Immune System ?

Frequent attachs f fever with cold and cough after marriage may be due to change in your living condition after marriage, your immunue system reqiure time to adjust to newer strains of pathogens which are present in that area, you improve your nutrition, take lots of vegetables and fruits, you will be fine.

Recuurent attacks of cough and cold could be due to change in weather after marriage
if the place is changed.If lot of moisture in air can give you this.May be plloution in
surrounding of newer place.All this can give you exposure to allergens leading frequent
cough and cold.Frequent exposure will make you partly immune to it and in addtions
you may take Vitamin C preperation which may improve your immunity over a period of.
General precautions like wearing mask,avoiding dusty atmosphere,remaining away from

As you got frequent fever after marriage you might have urinary infection called Honey moon Pyelitis.
Cough and cold may be different entity.
Go for urine check up and after report go for long antibiotic course.
Avoid fried and junk food which is very common after marriage !
