I Am Getting Itch On Penis. Is It STD ?

I have this itch of my anus. It has been off and on for awhile and i have been using preperation h but it doesnt seem to be helping too much. my anus is not red or inflammed. its driving me crazy please help. also, not that i think i have it but could this be some sort of sexually transmitted disease?

Your Anal itch may be a common worm infestation as you said it is not infalmmed.You may check with a good family physician and with his advice you may take antihelminthic tablets.Commonly we suggest tablet Albendazole 4oomg at night.Which is a broad spectrum.It is also advisable to do a motion examination for any occult parasites.
