I Am Getting Lower Back Pains And Also Shortness Of Breath. What To Do ?
Hi, I havnt been feeling myself the last week. Alot going on so here goes, to start with I am getting lower back pains and also shortness of breath and feeling I cant breath properly sometimes and also pain in my arms and the odd numbing in my left thmb for some reason and feeling cold and then some chest pain , What could be wrong with me? im starting to worry

your worry could be a major cause of all these symptoms .first relax & tell whether you are recently under going lot of stress at work/ at home.If yes take a short break consult a doctor he may give you some medicine if required after examining you.
