I am going to a pain management doctor tomorrow and im nervous and scared. Just like the pain makes me nervous and scared. Do i tell him about past automobile accidents, and the physical abuse that has left me with degenrative disc disease and 3 ruptured disc. I really sometimes skip appointment and just cry because i dont know how to talk to a professional even though we are all human. help Georgia
