I Am Having A Severe Allergic Reaction Hot, Red Face

I am having a severe allergic reaction hot, red face arms and legs I thought it was bird mites but not sure when i feel the movement or what feels like a small bite if I swipe with a white towel I will see very tiny black or red speck I am wondering if I'm allergic to something also had the symptoms many have of feeling like something is moving through my hair that wakes me at night... possibly mites ? I am frustrated as dermatologist and exterminators insinuate I am imagining it Also have bit red flat marks on my legs
