I Am Having Abdomen Pain And Bloating My Abdomen Feels

I am having abdomen pain and bloating my abdomen feels bruised and I have been having constipation for six days from my pain medication. yesterday it was so bad that I was in the bathroom trying to pass a stool for hours. the pain was so intense that I had thrown up three times and I had tried laxatives but they did not work I also have blood in my stool but it looks like old blood I have also had gallstones before so I was wondering if I should get professional help. my email is YYYY@YYYY thank you - Kimberly Brennan
