I Am Having An Area On My Thigh That Dries Up During The Day But Turns Deep Red After Shower

Have an area on my thigh. I thought i had been bitten by something but it s not going away. Dries up during the day but turns deep red after a shower . Doesn t hurt or itch. Did bother me after picking at the dried up skin yesterday and started bleeding a little bit. Been there for 2 weeks now.

Hi,
It seems that due to more perspiration and constant friction between thighs there might be discoloration of skin and roughness.
Wear cotton clothes and inner wears.
Avoid perspiration.
Keep local part airy and well moisturized.
Apply talc powder after shower.
Ok and take care.
