I Am Having Cataract Surgery. I Had Lasik Monovision Done

I am having cataract surgery. I had lasik monovision done 14 years ago and loved it. I plan to do R-lacs as well as ORA to get optimal results. I want monovision and would use a monofocal lens but am fearful of losing mid-range vision so am leaning toward crystalens but have trepidations about results. Can I have midrange with monovision any other way? Also my eyes are sensitive and I have allergies. I must make my final decision today.
