I Am Having Left Side Abdominal Pain With Light Bleeding Periods. Why Is This Happening ?

I just started my period. Its very light bleeding as of right now. And Ive noticed some left side abdominal pain . Its not severe, but it is a little painful. It comes and goes. Is this gas, or is it possible Im only cramping on my left side. The pain, is causing me some anxiety . I am an anxiety sufferer so, and can feel myself starting to get panicky. What could this be.....

Good Day
Single sided abdominal pain during Menses must be investigated. It could be a chocolate ovarian cyst because of Endometriosis. You should get an ultrasound scan just to be sure.
