It is very difficult say anything on twolines of complaints but chest pain on left side should always be ruled out for myocardial ischimia, and hypotension can occure with ischeamia but i need more detail history to rule out ischeamia like youa age, type of pain duration, pain on excerion, so on. consult your doctor immedietely if pain is acute.
