I Am Having Pain Around My Ribs/diaphragm Following A Bout

I am having pain around my ribs/diaphragm following a bout of bronchitis-like symptoms following a cold. I am not having any problems breathing (including when I jog/exercise), and I never had a fever or felt really sick with the bronchitis. But this all started nearly two months ago, and I have had the rib/diaphragm pain since early September. Any idea what's causing this pain? I've tried Advil and Celebrex, the only two pain relievers I take for heachaches or sports injuries. Neither seemed to make a difference. Thank you.
