Clean your face regularly with antiseptic liquid or face wash.
Cover your face during exposure of dusty atmosphere,two wheeler driving.
Local clindamycin gel will be helpful but local treatment is always depends upon type of your skin.Take good healthy diet,drink enough water,fruit juices.Avoid oily,spicy,junk food.Consult dermatologist for better medical management.
