I Am Having Trouble With My Thyroid. I've Been On

I am having trouble with my thyroid. I've been on synthroid for almost 10 years. I lost a pregnancy last July and it threw my levels off. When I got checked about a month ago, my tsh was at .245 My primary then changed my dosage from 125mcg to 112mcg. After getting a follow up blood test, my tsh has gotten even lower .10 I was wondering if you knew why that would happen and if I should go back up on my meds
