I Am Interested In Having Surgery To Remove The Cysts

I am interested in having surgery to remove the cysts on my ovaries due to pcos i have also been experiencing some issues with clotting during my menses and having extended bleeding lasting anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 or 4.months i have been to see my gyn who diagnosed me with pcos but i would like to have children and this is preventing me from doing so. I have tried all medications possible and feel this is the option that would be best for me. I understand surgery is not a permanent fix, but this is the option i have chosen to help me get pregnant.
