I Am Not Pregnant. I Am Experiencing Numbness And A

I am not pregnant. I am experiencing numbness and a heavy strange feeling in my abdomen above my navel. It isn't really painful at all. I am very active a ZUMBA instructor teaching 5 classes a week and two short Core classes. I don't feel sick. I am concerned that maybe this could be a sing of a hernia or another muscular/nerve issue. I have had 1 c-section 6 years ago and two v backs since then.
