I Am On Estradot Patches 100 Mg And Using Also

I am on Estradot patches 100 mg and using also dhea and oestradol cream and progesterone tablets to try and stop hot flushes , nausea and low libidos . I was on two patches a week prior to starting the other treatments. I am on one a week now and on the day, I change the patch the symptoms are a lot worse . Can I stop the patch and see how I go with the other medications . Thank you
