I Am On Silodal-D 8 Mg For The Last 4

I am on Silodal-D 8 mg for the last 4 months. Prior to that I was on Urimax 4 mg since 2007. Due to burning at the tip of Urethra I had seen Urologist who, after getting PSA, Urine C & S, FBS, Uroflometry, USG of KUB & Prostrate tests done, had prescribed Silodal-D 8 mg. All tests were normal but Uroflometry showed obstruction and USG showed PVR of 62 ml. After 2 months of treatment PVR became 32 ml. No other test was repeated. But after 4 months again burning started. The urologist prescribed Uriliser for 3 weeks and NIFTAS 100 mg for 2 weeks (both twice a day) which course has been completed. Silodal-D 8 is continuing. But I feel burning. Could it be psychological? In a repeat Urine C & S test and Uroflometry done a few days back, "no growth" and "improved flow" is shown respectively. Should I ignore this burning sensation which keeps coming on and off and simply continue with Silodal-D 8 as prescribed. Urologist has asked for review after 6 months. I'm 69 years old.
