I Am On Day 3 Of A Course Of Clindamycin

I am on day 3 of a course of Clindamycin 300 mg TID for a dental implant done ~ 10:00AM Friday. At ~ 4:00PM today (Sunday), I noted an itchy, faint pink, slightly raised rash on my chest,abdomen back and upper thighs. I took the next dose , due ~ 4:30 and now at 10:00PM, the rash is slightly more itchy and pink and extends further down the thighs. It's not particularly bothersome and I was planning on just taking a Benadryl and continuing the Clindamycin. I had a vasculitic rash in reaction to Amoxil in December and while skin testing to Penicillin was negative in April, the allergist advised me to avoid it.
I would appreciate your recommendations.
