I Am Pregnant And Experiencing Lower Back Pain, Cough, Throat Pain And Runny Nose

Hi im 34 weeks pregnant. I woke up yesterday feeling very weak all over my body and very bad lower back pain with a cough and my throat hurts and I have a runny nose been sneezing. Every time I cough or sneeze my back and stomach hurt. Its hard for me to get up and hard to switch sides when im laying down. All I been taking is Tylenol. Im in so much pain my back makes me cry cause im so uncomfortable I keep waking up cause of the back pain
