I Am Pregnant And My Hip Starts Paining Whenever I Feel Like Going To Toilet

Hi . I am 5 weeks pregnant . I am having light bleeding. The doctor scanned me and every thing is fine. My left hip starts paining whenever i feel like going to toilet , as soon as I do to toilet the pain reduces considerably. Is this normal or do I have to talk to my doctor about it?
