I Am Prone To Having Sore Throat Whenever Im About

I am prone to having sore throat whenever im about to have malaria. Two week ago, i treated typhoid and malaria. But for few days now, instead of sore throat, i feel this knot/lump on my throat...i dont have problem swallowing foods but this knot moves most times with my neck movement.i am 25 and a female so i dont have an adam apple...but this knot is just below my jaw and it has been there for days now....i am seriously worried, its not painful but the feel and movement scares me...and im getting to feel skeptical about it... i hope its not a serious issue.what do i do.thank you
