I am searching for the best and most nutritious foods for the liver. I battle hypothyroidism and recently uncovered... if the liver is unhealthy, it negatively impacts the thyroid. And .... in fact, also looking for the health boosting foods for the thyroid as well. I eat fresh meat, fresh fruit and fresh vegetables. Is there more I can do.
