I Am Suffering From Dizzy And Low BP, What Could Be Going On ?

I am a 28 year old female who has been very dizzy and lightheaded for weeks. I am diabetic and my blood pressure have been running low. They have been 100/47, 122/55, 99/46 what could be going on ?

Such fluctuations are seen in everyone. I dont think that there is a need for you to worry upon that problem.
