I Am Suffering From Hemorrhoids Since 3 Months. It Is

I am suffering from Hemorrhoids since 3 months. It is painful and one is visible externally. I am suffering with pain while sitting, while in the toilet, and also have heavy itching through out body. Now, I am not getting free motion and I am fearing to go for motion.Some days I found bleeding and not now. I am using Pantocid HP and allergic tab. For pain Ultracet. But there is no relief and cure. I want medicine for pain
