Dear
This can be assigned to several reasons as hyperacidity, gerd, gastritis etc. The root cause in majority of cases is stress , irregular meals, irrational meals having spicy food etc. All you have to do is to be regular in meals, no stale food. Amongst medicines you are advised
avipatikar churan, kamdughda ras, and chitrak vati bd for 15 days.

Your symptoms suggest Acid peptic disorder, GERD.your had pain after having food and it may be gastric ulcer. The main cause is lifestyle and meal habit. The spicy, oily, empty stomach and aggrevated by stress condition. According to ayurveda change in lifestyle, food habit and control of stress, anxiety is to be controlled. The vagus nerves from brain open in stomach which secrets acid causing heart burns.
The Ayurvedic herbal preparation is very helpful for maintaining acid secretion and natural acting protoon pump inhibitor and antacids. The composition of avipatikar, Draksha,Sutashekar is best preparation. Please avoid food causing your acid eruption.

Homeopath Dr. Swati Ramkumar's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms that you mention can be placed under the general heading of dyspepsia, Details are required inorder to diagnose your condition properly. Have you any time done sonography (USG) of the abdomen and pelvis ( to rule out gall stones)

Homeopathy has excellent solution for these kind of problems, with gradual reduction in the frequency and intensity of the symptoms and finally complete relief

You would need to visit a homeopath, who after a detailed case history can suggest appropriate remedy.

In the meanwhile-

1) Avoid spicy, oily or fried foods

2)Do not eat large meals, instead have 4-5 small meals

3) Bending or lying down immediately after food is a strict no-no as that leads to the acid reflex in the food pipe.

4) Chew food and eat slowly. Minimize the intake of tea, coffee and other carbonated drinks (if possible avoid carbonated drinks)

5) Foods like potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, brinjal needs to be avoided as it increases flatulence.

Since you have already suffered for the last 10 years, its high time you start with homeopathy, which would definitely help you out !!!!!!!!

hello
Gas in stomach is primarily due to faulty eating habits, consuming high percentage of foods that are responsible for gas production or due to intestinal disturbances.Avoid eating too quicklyChew your food adequately before swallowing it. Avoid drinking water during a meal. Water tends to dilute the stomach acids, which are important for digestion of food. Drink water only about 45 minutes after the meal.Sit upright after a meal.Eat small quantities of food at frequent intervals
