I am suffering from bloating and formation of lot of gas which passes away with sound but without any smell. Gas passes as soon as I have my meals . Ultra sound of abdomen and LFT and other blood tests are normal. Endoscopy revealed pylori infection for which triple therapy was taken .Now hpylori antigen test is negative. Bloating takes place after breakfast and gets better after lunch . My age is 71 . I have brisk walk for about 4 Kms in the morning and 2-3 kms in the evening. I have been taking Silofast .8 mg cap for last 6-7 months prostatomeglaly .will unienzyme pro cap be helpful
