Dear Niya
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Any part of the body which may be relatively less supplied by blood may start feeling cold. But having a poor circulation since childhood would have given you lot of other symptoms as well such as cramps in legs, pain while walking , may be turning blue in extreme cold.
It would be helpful to know if you have these symptoms only in the legs or at times in the hands, do you have symptoms as described above or any other symptoms associated which might seem less relevant to you, but needs mention.
Little more info would be helpful.

Homeopath Dr. Rangadhar Satapathy's  Response
Dear Niya
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
The coldness and heatness depends upon the blood circulation of the part. The body adjusts to cold by altering circulation to maintain warmth for its vital organs. As a result, blood flow to the hands and feet diminishes, while blood flow to the body's core increases. Therefore, the hands and feet are more likely to become cold first. Sometimes chronic health problems cause cold hands or feet even indoors, leading to extreme reactions to even minor cold exposure. In other cases sweating on the part of fet or hand can be the cause of coldness. So a detail investigation required if there is any abnormalities. but nothing so serious.
thank you

Dear niya
Lack of blood circulation is the basic cause but in many cases hormonal imbalance also attributes to it, anxiety ridden patients can have such symptoms. Try ashwagandha and kesar.
