I Am Suffering From Neck Pain From 9 Years

My 9 year old daughter started complaining about neck pain 3 days ago. It was hurtring her to turn her head side to side and to look down. Now she is running a fever of about 101, has some vomiting and diareah, and is complaining of being lightheaded Is this maybe just a virus or should I be concerned that it may be something more serious?

As the child is having pain with fever,get in touch with some pediatrician/Child specialist to rule meningitis.Gets simple investigation right now Hemoglobin,Total leukocyte count,differential leukocyte count ,Routine urine .Neck rigidity is not a good sign.
