I Am Suffering From Palpitation And Slow Heart Beat
it happens when i laught , i feel my heart becomes tight like pulling and not beating normal. there is also an urge to cought and i feel very weak after that. pls help me?

You have not given your details regardig your age some conditions like DM,HBP
any drugs you are taking and how often it happen.Urge to cough many people on
laughling loudly because of irritation in throt but your complain like pulling and
not beating properly.Pulling if you mean heavy and abnormal beating if you mean
Palpitation consult your Doctor to rule out coronary heart disese with the help of
ecg,there may be even rhythm disorder, ie irregular heart beat.Furthe requirment
could be Echo Tmt etc
