I Am Suffering From Typhoid Since 2 Weeks. Now I

I am suffering from typhoid since 2 weeks. Now I don't get fever but I am facing severe headache problem inspite of taking medicine from my doctor. Because of this I am not able to sleep well. Please suggest as in whats the exact problem. Because this headache is mild but as I lower my head to take something from ground I experience severe pain behind frontal lobe that is from motor cortex to parietal lobe.
