there is a procedure to remove cyst. doc gave anasthesia and with the help of some instrument drians out the discharge from the ovary. So for full information consult doc

Hi. Get a repeat scan done to rule out recurrence, hysteroscopy, and also a hormone profile for infertility. Important that you get your husband investigated too for male factors of infertility. Discuss your case with a gynecologist.

Get a repeat ascn done to see what happened to the cyst. Get hormonal tests done too to see why you are not getting pregnant. Take care.
