I Believe I've Had Carpal Tunnel For Quite Awhile Now,

I believe I've had carpal tunnel for quite awhile now, however the other night I was cooking and felt a snap like feeling or a pulling feeling in my mid forearm, inbetween my wrist and forarm, Followed by tingling and little pain, since then a bruise appeared around same area I felt the pain inside arm and noticed little red dots, in a circle. Now my veins in hands and wrists have been swollen for few days.
